Q. Is there any registration fee?
A. No, since SPARC-Ministry of Education has sponsored the majority of the budget, we kept no registration fee for participants. If any spammer is asking for payment for registration, suggest that the participants not give the money for registration in this event
Q. Is my registration confirmed?
A. We got close to 300 registrations; however, our booked auditorium capacity is just 170 +/- 10. Thus, we might not be able to accept all; however, our organising partner, Sustainable Biomanufacturers and Research Society, is offering heavily discounted membership to all who filled out the registration form. I suggest you not be disheartened by not getting the opportunity for your presence in STEP-In 2026, after getting membership in SBRS you will be getting multiple such opportunities to be part of similar events. Q. Will accommodation be given?
A. STEP-In 2026 organisers received accommodation approval (hostel accommodation) for participants but the number is limited to 30 (Male) and 40 (Female). Since the number of registrations is too high with respect to approved numbers for accommodation, we are prioritising people from other states first to get allocated the hostel. Our accommodation team member has contacted most of you personally. Those who assured staying outside will not be allocated a hostel, and we sincerely thank them for their support towards the organising team.
Q. Will accommodation will be paid or free?
A. Accommodation will not be paid by the workshop committee.
Q. Will food be given during workshop?
A. Yes, here are the schedule of food given by workshop organizers: 23nd Feb (Breakfast with Tea/Coffee, Pre-lunch tea/coffee, Lunch, High Tea, and Gala Dinner), 24rd Feb (Breakfast with Tea/Coffee, Pre-lunch tea/coffee, Lunch, High Tea)

A. Workshop will start from 08:00 AM (from breakfast) on 23rd Feb 2026. The detailed schedule will be given during registration.

A. Valedictory has been scheduled from 06:30 PM to 07:30 PM
